SARATOGA SPRINGS (AP) -- Making his third start in the United States, Canadian shipper Heart to Heart led all the way to win the $100,000 Better Talk Now by three lengths at Saratoga Race Course.

Ridden by Hall of Fame jockey John Velazquez, the 3-year-old son of grass champion English Channel ran one mile on the inner turf course in 1:33.97 Wednesday and paid $9.70, $5.20 and $3.70 as the third choice in a field of seven.

Los Borrachos rallied from last to get second, returning $7.40 and $4.10. It was 2 3/4 lengths back to Pure Sensation, who finished a head in front of Here's Johnny and paid $3.10 to show. Mark My Way, favorite Storming Inti and Crafstman completed the order of finish.

The victory was the first in a stakes race for Heart to Heart, who was eighth in the Queen's Plate, the first leg of Canada's Triple Crown, in July and most recently third in the Toronto Cup.
