Santos sets new diving record at Amsterdam

Kristian Santos set a new Amsterdam High School diving record to help the Rams swim team post a 91-86 victory over Albany on Thursday.

Santos tallied 243.25 points. Santos' teammate Connor Liverio had set the new school record just minutes earlier compiling 227.05 points.

Winning individual events for Amsterdam were Forrest Lee (200 IM; 2:26.12), Nick Louer (100 freestyle; 1:00.44), Pat Purtell (100 breastroke) and Santos (50 freestyle; 25:35).

Amsterdam's 200 IM team of Jon Blanchard, Purtell, Lee and Santos also won.
