Police report

* Thomas J. Romano, 25, of Gloversville, was arrested by New York State Police Troopers from the Mayfield barracks on Nov. 10 following a vehicle stop on County Highway 122 in the town of Johnstown, during which he was allegedly found to be intoxicated.

A subsequent breath test administered following his transport to the Mayfield barracks allegedly determined that he had been operating the vehicle with a .09 percent blood alcohol content. Romano was charged with driving while intoxicated and released with tickets returnable to Johnstown Town Court on Dec. 19.

* Jimi R. St. Louis, 24, of Broadalbin, was arrested by troopers on Nov. 6, following a traffic stop on Route 29 in the town of Broadalbin. St. Louis was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant from the Broadalbin Town Court for criminal obstruction of breathing and second degree harassment.

St. Louis was also charged with second degree criminal contempt after it was allegedly determined that he had violated a valid order of protection that prohibited him from being in the presence of the passenger of the vehicle. St. Louis was arraigned in Broadalbin Town Court and remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility on $200 cash bail or $500 bond. He is scheduled to return to court today.
