Fulton County Sheriff's Office

* Tabitha L. Hepner, 27, of 27 Orchard St., Gloversville, was arrested on Sept. 29 on a bench warrant for allegedly failing to pay a fine in the town of Johnstown. Hepner was charged with failure to pay a fine, arraigned in Johnstown Town Court and remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility on $200 cash bail. She is scheduled to appear in Johnstown Town Court at a later date.

* Michael B. Bonfey, 35, of 27 Orchard St., Apt. 1, Gloversville, was arrested on Sept. 21 and charged with petit larceny. Bonfey is alleged to have taken 3 digital deer cameras, with a total value of $307, from the Food and Fuel on Route 30 in the town of Mayfield without paying for them. He was arraigned in Mayfield Town Court and remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility on $1000 cash bail. He is scheduled to return to court at a later date.

Gloversville Police Department

* Timothy J. Conrad, 35, of 202 County Highway 102, was arrested on Sept. 28 and charged with exceeding speed in zone, a traffic infraction, refusal to submit to a pre-screen, a traffic violation, driving while intoxicated, a traffic misdemeanor, and DWI with a blood alcohol content over .08 percent, following a traffic stop for speeding. After stopping Conrad's vehicle, a Gloversville Police officer suspected that he was driving under the influence of alcohol. Conrad allegedly failed the standardized field sobriety tests subsequently administered to him and then refused to submit to a pre-screen breath test. Conrad was released with tickets to return to court at a later date.

* Zachary M. Bailey, 20, of 26 Park St., was arrested on Oct. 3 and charged with criminal contempt, a violation, following an investigation into a disorderly conduct complaint at the intersection of Forest and Park streets. Bailey was subsequently located sitting in his vehicle in front of his Park Street residence. He allegedly had two active bench warrants from the city of Gloversville. Bailey was held for arraignment.
