Mrs. Maryella E. Kinkle, of Pleasant View Drive, Palatine Bridge died peacefully on August 27, 2014. She was 93.

A lifelong area resident, Maryella was born in Sammonsville, New York on February 6, 1921 to the late Leonard and Mini Sweet Miller. Maryella was a graduate of Fort Plain High School. She was employed by Beechnut in Canajoharie for several years until her retirement, working in the strain foods and gum departments.

She was predeceased by her husband, Fred M. Kinkle on December 29, 2013; and four brothers.

Survivors include her half-brother, Loren Miller; two special individuals she helped raise, David and Matthew Vansent; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.

Burial will take place in Overlook Cemetery, Bridgeton, New Jersey. Memorial contributions in Mrs. Kinkle's name may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 108 Steele Avenue, Gloversville, NY 12078 or to the Ayres Memorial Animal Shelter, 133 Hilltop Road, Sprakers, NY 12166.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Lenz & Betz Funeral Home, 69 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, New York 13317.
