Amsterdam Police Department

* Michelle Feliciano, 20, of 42 Chestnut St., was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Feliciano allegedly broke a car window with a baseball bat after an argument on Chestnut Street. She was issued a city court appearance ticket.

* Melissa Maloney, 47, of 117 Henrietta Blvd., was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with aggravated DWI and driving while drunk, both misdemeanors. Police arrested Maloney after an investigation that found she allegedly drove her vehicle into a house on Northampton Road. She was released with a city court appearance ticket for Aug. 26.

* Zachary Shaw, 25, of 35 St. John St., was arrested Aug. 14 during a police vehicle stop on Route 30. He was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. Shaw was issued a city court appearance ticket Aug. 26.

* David Santana, 39, of 50 Elizabeth St., was arrested Aug. 15 after allegedly violating his parole. He was remanded to Montgomery County jail.

* Dean Gannon, 48, of 11 Carmichael St., was arrested Aug. 15 during a police vehicle stop on Brookside Avenue. He was charged with circumvention of an interlock device and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle for allegedly driving a vehicle that required an interlock device but didn't have one, both misdemeanors. He was held for arraignment.

* Robert Washington, 37, of 108 Northampton Road, was arrested Aug. 15 and charged with failure to appear in city court on an outstanding bench warrant. He was held for arraignment.

* Jason Hawkyard, 30, of 36 Arnold Ave., was arrested Aug. 15 during a police vehicle stop on Guy Park Avenue. He was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released with a city court appearance ticket for Aug. 26.

* Jose David, 50, of 1721 Helderberg Trail, Berne, was arrested Aug. 16 during a police vehicle stop on Route 5. He was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. David was released on $100 bail and issued a city court appearance ticket for Aug. 26.

* Brian Deininger, 29, of 50 Storrie St., was arrested Aug. 16 during a police vehicle stop on East Main Street. He was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. He was released and issued a city court appearance ticket for Aug. 26.

* Jonathan Williams, 21, of 14 Swan St., was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Williams allegedly violated an active stay away order issued by city court. He was held for arraignment.

* Michael Diamond, 19, of 32 Williams St., was arrested Aug. 16 during a police investigation into a two-car motor vehicle accident on Walsh Street. Diamond was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was held for arraignment.

* Jason Macleod, 31, of 69 Arnold Ave., was arrested Aug. 16 during a police investigation into a two-car motor vehicle accident on Market Street. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent. He was released and issued a city court appearance ticket for Sept. 2.

* Todd Wettlaufer, 54, of 58 Riley's Cove Road, Ballston Spa, was arrested Aug. 17 during a police vehicle stop on Church Street. He was charged with allegedly driving while his ability was impaired by drugs. He was released on a city court appearance ticket for Sept. 2.

* Raymond Clemens, 45, of 2700 Curry Road, Schenectady, was arrested Aug. 17 and charged with failure to appear in city court on an outstanding bench warrant. He was held for arraignment.

* Zerlinda Velez, 28, of 42 Union St., was arrested Aug. 18 and charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor. According to police Velez threatened and subjected the victim to physical contact and when police arrived at the scene, she refused to provide any information to officers. After being brought to the APD headquarters, she reportedly refused to offer any personal identification information, but she was later recognized and processed for the charges.

* Leida Figueroa, 40, of 309 Grand St., was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with failure to appear in city court on an outstanding bench warrant. She was held for arraignment.

* Rose Camacho, 46, of 309 Grand St., was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with failure to appear in city court on an outstanding bench warrant. She was held for arraignment.

* Carlos Rivera, 55, of 39 Elizabeth St., was arrested Aug. 20 and charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony. Rivera allegedly had an active arrest warrant from an investigation conducted during the past several months by the APD. He was held for arraignment.

Fulton County Sheriff's Office

* Ronald J Sanders, 32, of St. Johnsville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the town of Colonie. Sanders was arrested in Pine Lake, while sheriff's deputies were investigating another incident, and found he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Sanders was turned over to the state police in Latham for arraignment.
