*Adam Kubisky, 31 of 7 Bartlett St., was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with obstructing government administration, a class A misdemeanor; and resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor. Officers responded to a disturbance report in which a victim stated the defendant broke the window on her porch and wouldn't leave. While officers attempted to find a place for Kubisky to spend the evening, he continued to interfere with the investigation. As officers advised him to leave the property, he became aggressive with officers and was place under arrest. He was held for arraignment.

*Nathan Streit, 16, off 33 Bayard St. was arrested Aug. 20 on an active arrest warrant in which he was charged with third-degree robbery, a class D felony; and third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. Officers said the robbery and assault took place in May of 2012 on Market Street. He was processed and arraigned Aug. 20.

*Shi-Love Nieves, 24, of 74 Grove St. was arrested Aug. 20 and charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, from an incident July 11. Nieves was released on her own recognizance on that charge.
