Taylor scores six touchdowns in Little Giants flag football

The last of Jayden Taylor's six touchdowns, a 49-yard run, proved to be the difference as the Buccaneers edged the Saints, 38-32, in a wild Amsterdam Little Giants NFL Flag Football contest.

Taylor ran for five scores and returned an interception for a touchdown. Brayden Rafferty, Aiden Rafferty and Joseph Rafferty Jr. led the team on defense.

Matthew Hulett and Max Hale each had two touchdown runs for the Saints. Jack Hulett also scored, while Brody Apholz, Jordan Brinkerhoff and Brady Amberger led the way on defense.

Lions 37, Giants 18

Bradley Savoie threw five touchdown passes and returned an interception for a score as the Lions surged past the Giants.

Savoie threw two touchdown passes to Ross Sanders and one each to Dylan Umiola, Kaiden O'Shaugnessy and Josh Motyka. Umiola, Quinn Francisco and Antonio Billington starred on defense.

Drew Traskos had two touchdown runs and Jered Wilson also had a touchdown for the Giants, who got solid defensive efforts from Justin Torres, Logan Miller and James Bartow.

Raiders 19, Chargers 18

Julien Goris caught a touchdown pass and ran for a score as the Raiders clipped the Chargers.

Nikko Shaffer threw the 68-yard touchdown pass to Goris and Michael Fiumana added the go-ahead touchdown run for the Raiders, while Sergio Martinez Jr., Luca Pagano and Omar Black led the defense.

Patrick Vidulich ran for a touchdown and hauled in a 59-yard scoring strike from Gunner Kreisel to lead the Chargers, who also got a touchdown run from Eddie Harrison and strong defensive play from Aiden Zepperi, Kingston Daley and Quinn Kreisel.

Steelers 34, Bears 6

Santino Carbone and Anthony DiCaterino each scored two touchdowns as the Steelers powered to victory.

The Steelers also got a touchdown run from Dillon Stark and excellent defense from Michael Pritchard, Kian Constantino and Jack Rose.

Rocco Natale scored the Bears' touchdown, while Christian Quinones, Daniel Giaimo, Malaki Acevedo and Malachi Merced led the defense.

Raiders 28, Jets 12

Ceasar Thompson ran for a pair of touchdowns to pace the Raiders to victory.

The Raiders also got an interception return for a touchdown from Vinny Pagano and a 45-yard touchdown pass from Jhai Vellon to Victor Dueno along with strong defense from Dominic Pagano, Leo Perez and Cameron Moak.

The Jets got a pair of touchdown passes from Tommy Ziskin to Lorenzo Bottisti, while Carolyn Sculco, Rosalie Sculco and Marco Bottisti were defensive stars.

Raiders 32, 49ers 6

Gabriel Rivera, Jhai Vellon, Victor Dueno, Dominic Pagano and Vinny Pagano all scored touchdowns to led the Raiders' charge to victory.

Rivera, Cameron Moak and Vinny Pagano led the Raiders on defense.

The 49ers got a touchdown run from Israel Colon and solid defensive play from Phillip Reo, Mekhi Curry and Antonio Valls.

Broncos 24, Seahawks 6

Josiah Newborn had a touchdown pass, a touchdown catch and a touchdown run to lead the Broncos to victory.

Ryan Savoie caught a touchdown and threw a touchdown pass for the Broncos, who also got a touchdown pass from Xavier Acevdo to Dayton Syzdek. Marcus Traskos, Loui Gonzalez and Austin Myers were defensive standouts.

The Seahawks got on the board with a touchdown pass from Christian Robinson to Jayden Taylor. Anthony Pacillo, Zachary Apholz and Kevin Greene led the effort on defense.

Rams 34, 49ers 0

Ryan Reagan, Derek Carella, Alec Bartone, Rafferty Clark and Christian Bottisti scored touchdowns as the Rams topped the 49ers.

Bottisti, Cameron Henderson and Tyrell Douglas helped the Rams preserve the shutout on defense.

Antonio Valls, Bobby Vitus and Mekhi Curry were defensive standouts for the 49ers.
