* Stephen M. Livers, 52, of Mayfield, was arrested Saturday for driving while intoxicated in the town of Northampton. According to a police report, troopers initially stopped Livers on Bunker Hill Road for not wearing his seat belt. Livers' blood-alcohol content was allegedly more than twice the legal limit. He faces multiple traffic violation charges and will appear in court June 12.
* John Stephens, 57, of Mayfield, was arrested for driving while intoxicated Sunday in the town of Broadalbin. Stephens was stopped on Route 29 when Mayfield troopers stopped him for having only one working headlight. Troopers allegedly smelled alcohol coming from Stephens' breath during an interview. Stephens reportedly failed a field sobriety test and was taken back to the station, where he was processed, and his blood alcohol content was .19 percent, troopers said. Stephens was released on appearance tickets to reappear in court June 5 at 5 p.m.

* Jamie L. Lucas, 27, of Gloversville, was arrested for petty larceny Friday following an investigation. Deputies said they arrested Lucas following a complaint from CVS Pharmacy that he and an unidentified female stole cigarettes Thursday.
Lucas was issued an appearance ticket for Johnstown town court at a later date.
