Wednesday, April 03, 2013 - Updated: 4:10 PM

TOWN OF MOHAWK -- A 21-year-old man was charged with driving while intoxicated after the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office responded to a motor vehicle rollover on Old Johnstown Road at 2:30 a.m. March 23.

Keith T. Rajkowski, of 3295 Route 30A, Fultonville, was additionally charged with failure to keep right, and speeding.

Deputies said Rajkowski "demolished" his vehicle, and was transported to a local hospital by GAVAC for injuries.

The sheriff's office was assisted by the Mohawk Fire Department with traffic control, and "removal of the vehicle from the east side of the road, where it was surrounded by water, and lodged in a tree," a report said.
