F-MCC victorious

FAYETTEVILLE, NC -- The Fulton-Montgomery Community College ended their spring break road trip with a 4-3 victory over the Methodist University junior varsity squad on Thursday.

Troy's Christian Maldonado got the start and also the win on the mound for the Raiders.

Chris Rockefeller of Gloversville led F-MCC's seven-hit attack with two singles and an RBI. Greg Ruddy added two singles and Johnstown's Joe Nellis lined a two-run single.

F-MCC (3-8) will play at Columbia-Greene Community College Tuesday at 2 p.m.
