Theresa E. Putman

Theresa E. Putman, 87, of Vero Beach passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at her home.

Mrs. Putman was born February 15, 1926 in Hudson Falls, NY. She had been a resident of Vero Beach since 1985, moving from Amsterdam, NY.

Prior to her retirement she worked as a registered nurse for over 20 years.

She was of the Catholic faith, and attended Saint Helen Catholic Church.

Survivors included her husband of sixty-five years, Harry E. Putman; daughters, Diane Cotugno of Vero Beach and Ellen Mohr of Vero Beach; son, Jack Putman of Tribes Hill, NY; sister, Betty Gallagher of Hudson Falls, NY; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Gerald Putman; brother, Joseph Casey and sister, Ellen Killian,

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, February 18, 2013 at 10:00a.m. at St. Helen Catholic Church, 2085 Tallahassee Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer and Parkinson Association of Indian River County, 2300 5th Avenue, Suite 150, Vero Beach, FL 32960.

A service for Theresa will be held in New York in the Spring.
