Jane Elizabeth Morehouse

Jane Elizabeth Morehouse, 44, of Darlene Drive, Fort Johnson passed away into eternity on Thursday, February 21, 2013.

Born in Amsterdam, NY on January 17, 1969 she was the daughter of Carol Dietrich Morehouse and William Morehouse.

A lifelong area resident, Jane was a graduate of Broadalbin High School and a resident of Liberty since 1987. She enjoyed music and listening to her mother sing. Walks by the lake were very special and shared a bond with her childhood pet "Buddy." Jane will be missed by all those she touched and loved.

Jane is survived by her parents, maternal grandparents Marjorie and Kenneth Dietrich of Amsterdam; sister Susan (Eric) Brennan of Ballston Lake; brothers Brad (Sarah) Morehouse of Mayfield, Paul Morehouse of Brooklyn and Gary Morehouse of Schenectady; uncle Robert (Sandra) Dietrich of Burleston, TX; aunt Judy Sivik of Gansevoort; aunt Jean (Alfred) Lutz of Brooksville, FL; nephews Nick and Evan Brennan and nieces Lily Morehouse-Vanslyke and Emma Brennan. Jane is also survived by several beloved cousins and her caregivers and extended family at Liberty.

A Service of Remembrance will take place on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 9:30a.m. at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jane's name to Liberty.
