Amsterdam Police Department

• Scott L. Williams, 32, of 203 Clement Ave., Schenectady, was charged Sept. 6 on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and was held pending arraignment.

• Benito G. Garcia, 25, of 71 James St., was charged Sept. 6 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, being an unlicensed driver, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and having an obstructed view. Garcia was released after posting bail and scheduled to appear in city court at a later date.

• Lorenzo P. Rodriguez, 20, of 45 Bunn St., was charged Sept. 6 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having a loud exhaust. Rodriguez was released on tickets to appear in city court at a later date.

• Onic A. Martinez-Velazquez, 33, of 22 Henry St., was charged Sept. 7 on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and was held pending arraignment.

• Jeffrey A. Chase, 33, of 305 Chapman Drive, Amsterdam, was charged Sept. 7 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, being an unlicensed driver, failure to signal a turn. Chase was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in city court. He was held pending arraignment.

• Mark A. Blanchard, 32, of 24 High St., was charged Sept. 7 on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and was held pending arraignment.

• Heather M. Lee, 43, of 37 Storrie St., was charged Sept. 7 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an uninspected motor vehicle and having inadequate headlights. Lee was released on tickets to appear in city court at a later date.

• Rhiannon N. Rosati, 33, of 40 Division St., was charged Sept. 8 on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and was held pending arraignment.

• Hunter K. Loccia, 25, of 46 Averill St., St. Johnsville, was charged Sept. 8 with third-degree forgery, third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and petit larceny. In August, Loccia allegedly stole someone’s checkbook and then wrote checks to himself. He reportedly knew the victim. A warrant was issued for his arrest. He was held pending arraignment.

• Aleesha N. Weaver, 18, of 7 Division St., Gloversville, was charged Sept. 8 with trespassing and she was issued a ticket to appear in city court at a later date.

• Tomas Albaladejo, 34, of 200 Virginia Lane Apt. E7, was charged Sept. 8 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Albaladejo was released on bail and scheduled to appear in city court at a later date.

• Brian R. Wilson, 55, of 26 Wall St., was arrested Sept. 9 on a warrant issued by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and was turned over to deputies.

• Glenn R. Reschke, 56, homeless, was charged Sept. 9 with theft of services for allegedly failing to pay a $6 taxi fare. Reschke was issued a ticket to appear in city court at a later date.

• Gregory S. Keyser, 24, of 12 Charles St., was charged Sept. 10 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Keyser was released on bail and scheduled to appear in city court at a later date.

• Edwin Lugo, 31, of 13 Jay St., was charged Sept. 10 with second-degree harassment and unlawful possession of marijuana. Lugo was held pending arraignment.

• Michael J. Blake, 25, of 41 Middle St., Waterford, was charged Sept. 11 with unlawful possession of marijuana. Blake was released on a ticket to appear in city court at a later date.

• Rene S. Velez-Pacheco, 36, of 22 Henry St., was charged Sept. 11 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having an obstructed view. He was held pending arraignment.

• Adam J. Hilton, 32, of 221 MacPhail Road, Canajoharie, was charged Sept. 11 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Hilton was released on a ticket to appear in city court at a later date.

• Briana L. Wilson, 25, of 7 Vanwyck St., Gloversville, was charged Sept. 11 with driving while ability impaired by alcohol and parking in a roadway. She was issued tickets to appear in city court at a later date.

• Bryant O. Vega-Carbonell, 29, of 48 Jay St., was charged Sept. 12 with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and second-degree menacing. Vega-Carbonell allegedly threatened another person with a large knife. He was held pending arraignment.

• Brian P. Williams, 37, of 425 Hamilton St., Schenectady, was arrested Sept. 12 on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and he was held pending arraignment.

• Wilfredo I. Torres, 31, of 51 Pulaski St., was charged Sept. 12 with third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal contempt, both felonies. In July, Torres allegedly punched and damaged another person’s vehicle. The victim also had an order of protection against Torres. He was held pending arraignment.

• Brittanie C. Brown, 20, of 18 Milton Ave., was charged Sept. 12 on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and was held pending arraignment.

• Ronald W. Weyant, 24, of 304 E. Main St., was charged Sept. 12 on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and was held pending arraignment.

• Cynthia A. Fancher, 36, of 432 Swart Hill Road, was charged Sept. 12 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Fancher was released on a ticket to appear in city court at a later date.

• Edwin M. Martin III, 62, of 20 Prospect St., Ballston Spa, was charged Sept. 13 on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and was held pending arraignment.

• Rebecca L. Stanavich, 28, of 30 Phillips St., was charged Sept. 13 with second-degree criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child. Stanavich was also charged on a warrant for failure to appear in city court. She allegedly failed to supervise a 2-year-old in her care. The child was allegedly located walking alone on a sidewalk. Stanavich was allegedly found to be in violation of an order of protection. She was held pending arraignment.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department

• Patrick Michael Trippany, 40, of 826 Jay St., Albany, was charged Sept. 16 with aggravated driving while intoxicated (DWI), having a blood alcohol content of .18 or higher, first offense DWI and moving from a lane unsafely. Deputies said Trippany was charged following a traffic stop on Route 5. He was issued tickets to appear in Amsterdam Town Court at a later date.

• Corey E. McCann, 20, of 400 Division St., Amsterdam was charged Sept. 16 on a warrant from Montgomery County Court.

• Gerald O. Knight III, 31, of 4293, Route 30, Amsterdam was charged Sept. 16 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and no/inefficient tail lamps. Deputies said Knight was stopped following a traffic stop in the town of Glen for having an insufficient tail lamp and was found to be operating on a suspended license for a failure to answer summons. He was issued tickets expected to appear in town court at a later date.
