• Ryan L. Brindle, 36, of Gloversville, was charged Sept. 27 with driving while intoxicated. Police said Brindle was stopped after a traffic infraction was observed on Route 30 in the Town of Mayfield. Police said an investigation subsequent to the stop revealed that Brindle had been drinking alcoholic beverages prior to operating the vehicle and intoxicated at the time he was stopped. Police said a breath test was conducted which determined his blood alcohol content to be .08 percent. Brindle is scheduled to appear in Mayfield Town Court at a later date.

• Jeffrey W. Kreisel, 61, of Amsterdam, was charged Sept. 29 with driving while intoxicated. Police said Kreisel was stopped after a traffic infraction was observed on Maple Ave. Ext. in the Town of Amsterdam. Police said an investigation revealed Kreisel had been drinking prior to operating the vehicle and was intoxicated at the time of the stop. A breath test was conducted and his blood-alcohol-content was found to be .21 percent, according to police. Kreisel is expected to appear in Amsterdam Town Court at a later date.

• Kelly Bochenek, 53, of Broadalbin was charged Oct. 5 with aggravated driving while intoxicated. Police said they observed a vehicle that was swerving in and out of its lane on Route 155 when they initiated a traffic stop. Upon interviewing the operator, Bochenek, the trooper allegedly detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from her breath. Police said Bochenek was administered a field sobriety test, which she failed. Police said her blood-alcohol-content was .22 percent. Bochenek was ticketed and is expected to appear in the Mayfield Town Court at a later date.
