• Larry J. Delliveneri, 48, homeless, was charged Sept. 25 on two warrants for failure to appear in city court and was held pending arraignment.

• Michael Davis, 30, of 188 Division St., was charged Sept. 25 with third-degree robbery, third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief. Police said Davis forcefully took an Amsterdam woman’s purse and allegedly damaged items. He allegedly fled the scene in her car, leaving the purse behind. A warrant was obtained for his arrest. He was arrested  and held on separate charges in Albany County, where he was found with the woman’s car. He was transferred to Amsterdam police and held pending arraignment.

• Joseph L. Lewis, 51, of 58 Forbes St., was charged Sept. 25 with second-degree menacing and was held pending arraignment.

• Shawna A. Jackson, 24, of 306 East Main St., was charged Sept. 25 with second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Jackson was held pending arraignment.

• Ramon L. Torres, 21, of 233 Guy Park Ave., was charged Sept. 26 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, being an unlicensed driver and having an obstructed view. Torres was released on tickets to appear in city court at a later date.

• Brent R. Frost, 23, of 420 Appaloosa Court, Tehachapi, Calif., was charged Sept. 26 with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and speeding. Frost allegedly had a blood-alcohol content of 0.18 or more. Frost was released after posting bail and he was scheduled to appear in city court at a later date.

• Janelle L. Welke, 35, of 140 Brookside Ave., was charged Sept. 26 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operation of a motor vehicle without insurance. Welke was released on tickets to appear in city court at a later date.

• Sheila M. Rivera, 30, of 20 Swan St., was charged Sept. 27 with endangering the welfare of a child, trespassing and second-degree harassment. Rivera was held pending arraignment.

• Daniel J. Taber, 32, of 380 Locust Ave., was charged Sept. 27 on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and he was held pending arraignment.
