• Tylor R. Depp, 21, of 53 West St., Gloversville, was charged Thursday, Sept. 14, with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident and failure to keep right. Depp allegedly crashed a car into sign post and fence near the intersection of West Main and Clinton streets. A witness told police Depp and a passenger allegedly exited the vehicle and fled the scene on foot. Police reportedly located the pair not far from the scene. There were no injuries reported. Depp was issued tickets to appear in city court at a later date.

• Pedro L. Cruz-Perez, 41, of 8 McElwain Ave., was charged Thursday, Sept. 14, with disorderly conduct for allegedly obstructing traffic on Storrie Street. He was issued a ticket to appear in city court at a later date.

• Antwan T. Deloatch, 41, of 26 Reid St., was arrested Thursday, Sept. 14, on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and he was held pending arraignment.

• Michelle N. Witcher, 28, of 1 Park St., was arrested Friday, Sept. 15, on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and she was held pending arraignment.

• Jesse J. Klingbeil, 30, of 289 West Main St., was charged Friday, Sept. 15, with criminal obstruction of breathing. Klingbeil was arrested on a warrant for an alleged incident on Sept. 3. He was held pending arraignment.

• Ryan J. Sayers, 29, of 234 Vrooman Ave., was arrested Friday, Sept. 15, on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and he was held pending arraignment.

• Carmon J. Cardona, 27, of 89 Evelyn Ave., was arrested Friday, Sept. 15, on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and he was held pending arraignment.

• Daryl J. O’Brien, 31, of 294 MacLachlan Road, Town of Amsterdam, was charged Friday, Sept. 15, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and failure to yield the right of way at a left turn. O’Brien was released after posting bail and he was scheduled to appear in city court at a later date.

• Jennifer S. Kingsbury, 41, of 22 Academy St., was charged Friday, Sept. 15, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and being an unlicensed driver. Kingsbury was released on tickets to appear in city court at a later date.

• Koree K. Wilson, 20, of 14 Kent St., Gloversville, was arrested Friday, Sept. 15, on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and he was held pending arraignment.

• Pablo M. Montanez, 36, of 4 Sanford Ave., was charged Friday, Sept. 15, with second-degree harassment for allegedly grabbing someone’s arm and twisting it. Montanez was held pending arraignment.

• Thomas J. Colon, 36, of 100 Charles Lane Apt. N9, was charged Friday, Sept. 15, with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, failure to signal a turn and inadequate brake lights. Colon was released on tickets to appear in city court at a later date.

• Rose M. Cash, 45, of 233 ½ Division St., was charged Friday, Sept. 15, with operating a motor vehicle suspended registration. Cash was released on a ticket to appear in city court at a later date.

• Carlos R. Perez, 21, of 47 Schuyler St., was charged Saturday, Sept. 16, with unlawful possession of marijuana. Perez was issued tickets to appear in city court at a later date.

• Virginia M. Fuller, 57, homeless, was arrested Saturday, Sept. 16, on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and she was held pending arraignment.

• Juan A. Vazquez-Ortiz, 18, of 6 Vrooman Ave., was charged Saturday, Sept. 16, with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued a ticket to appear in city court at a later date.

• Cathleen D. Shoup, 34, homeless, was arrested Saturday, Sept. 16, on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and she was held pending arraignment.

• Allison M. Shannon, 39, of 17 Union St., was charged Saturday, Sept. 16, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and inadequate headlights. Shannon was released after posting bail and she was scheduled to appear in city court at a later date.

• Michael A. Pereira, 22, of 52 Milton Ave., was arrested Sunday, Sept. 17, on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and he was held pending arraignment.

• Jaramie J. Allen, 40, of 10 First Ave., Gloversville, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 19, on a warrant for failure to appear in city court and he was held pending arraignment.

• David W. Swartz, 32, of 345 Ridge Road, Broadalbin, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 19, with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, being an unlicensed driver, reckless driving, passing a vehicle in a no passing zone, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, unreasonable speed and switched license plates. Swartz was released after posting bail and scheduled to appear in city court at a later date.

• Damien W. Blankenbaker, 27, of 60 Division St. Apt. O3, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 13, with fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child. Blankenbaker allegedly damaged a person’s property in the presence of a child. He was held pending arraignment.
