Police found 350 marijuana plants in the Town of Minden on Wednesday.

FONDA — New York State Police in Fonda seized more than 350 marijuana plants as well as processed marijuana, a scale, and human growth hormone products in the Town of Minden on Wednesday.

Police said Beth A. Kowalski, 38, of Fort Plain, was charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, and unlawful growing of marijuana, a misdemeanor.

Police said they issued a search warrant and found the  marijuana growing both inside and outside of the home.

Police said additional arrests are pending and Kowalski is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
