Subscribers will find the most popular mobile features and functionality in our apps, including news content delivered from a content management system, advertising and weather, and sharing by email, text message, Facebook® and Twitter™.

We take the very best of our online and print coverage, and wrap it into a real-time data-driven superior mobile experience for our subscribers. Push alerts (coming soon) can be employed to deliver content such as breaking news, school closings, severe weather, traffic delays and more.

In a few simple taps, mobile subscribers can share content with family and friends by email, text message or notify the masses in Facebook and Twitter.

We stay connected to our subscribers with interactive features such as video and photo image capture and upload. For us, this “You Report It” capability is a must in today’s fast-moving news cycle. It gives our subscribers a chance to be part of the news - passing on tips, photos and video clips which can be uploaded from the apps and become part of the story.

If you have any questions about any of the apps, email support@recordernews.com. Make sure to mention your question, or feature request and which app you are making the comment about.

You can also email support directly from within the app with your questions or comments.

Telephone support is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST by calling 518-843-1100 extension 102.
