John Sagan has been appointed to the Board of Catholic Charities of Fulton and Montgomery Counties.
Sagan, who resides in Johnstown, is retired and was formerly the director of Financial Services for St. Mary’s Hospital in Amsterdam. He spent over 27 years employed by St. Mary’s Hospital. Mr. Sagan currently volunteers with Holy Trinity Parish in Johnstown and with Meals on Wheels.
Catholic Charities is the human service and social justice arm of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany. Catholic Charities, a system of 12 multipurpose agencies throughout the 14 counties comprising the Albany Diocese, provides a range of services annually to over 81,000 individuals.
