The case was originally supposed to be heard by Fulton County Supreme Court Judge Richard T. Aulisi on June 6, but according to court officials, the hearing was postponed due to a scheduling conflict.
The case is being heard in Salton's attempt to keep his three tigers and two leopards at his Route 30 property. Salton filed a lawsuit against the town's zoning board of appeals last year.
In the beginning of May, Aulisi issued Salton an extended stay on the town's cease and desist order to remove the exotic cats from his home. He had until June 16 or further court order to relinquish them.
In an e-mail, Salton's attorney Christian J. Soller said Salton's three tigers and two leopards are still at his home.
Soller said Aulisi issued him another stay until the court decides otherwise.
