According to a news release, troopers received a call that Mark Vickers, 40, was asleep and stopped in the middle of Route 107 and Route 30 in the town of Perth.
While interviewing Vickers, troopers reportedly smelled alcohol coming from his breath and his vehicle.
Troopers attempted to give Vickers a sobriety test, but he refused. He was arrested and taken back to Mayfield Police Station where Troopers found he had two prior DWI convictions within the last 10 years and as a result his license was taken away.
Additionally, troopers said he was charged with a felony DWI, first-degree count of unlicensed operation, another felony, and he was issued a ticket for being stopped on a public highway.
Vickers also refused the breath test.
He was arraigned in town court and placed in Fulton County Jail in lieu of $500 and $1,000 bond. He was scheduled to appear in court Monday at 4:30 p.m.
