In a story published in Tuesday's edition of the Recorder regarding a resolution up for discussion at Tuesday night's meeting of the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors Finance Committee, Amsterdam Town Supervisor Tom DiMezza stated: "This has cost us over $200,000."
It is not clear exactly how much money the county has spent on that litigation to date, but resolutions dating back to 2010, when the funding for the litigation was initiated, indicate that figure to be closer to $25,000.
