Bernadette M. Bintz of 1 Woodview Court, Olean, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2013 at her home after a long illness.
Born December 12, 1940 in Schenectady, NY she was the daughter of the late Elle and Imelda LaBranche Hebert.
On July 9, 1960 in Delanson, NY, she married Miles F. Bintz, who survives.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, Mark (Kim) Bintz of Panama City, Fl, Matthew (Diane) Bintz of West Hartford, CT, and Miles (Jena) Bintz of Round Rock, TX; two daughters, Theresa (Thomas) Fox of Hopewell Junction, NY, Catherine (John) Bennett of Geneseo, 17 grandchildren, four brothers, Armand (Madeleine) Hebert of Delanson, NY, Richard (Carmen) Hebert of Gansevoort, NY, Wallace (June) Hebert of Delmar, NY, And Norbert (Judy) Hebert of Burnt Hills, NY and a sister, Therese Jurczynski of Schenectady, NY, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two brothers Bernard and Rev. Rene Hebert.
Family will receive friends and family on Friday from 2-4PM and 7-9PM at Guenther Funeral Home, Inc., 1303 East State Street, Olean.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 23, 2013 beginning with a prayer service in the funeral home at 9:30AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM in St. Mary of the Angels Church, Father Gregory Dobson, Pastor will be the Celebrant.
Friends and family are invited to another funeral Mass that will be celebrated Monday at 11:00AM on February 25, 2013 in St. Paul the Apostle Church, Schenectady. Rev. George Brucher, former Pastor, will be Celebrant.
Burial will be in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Schenectady, NY.
